Costa Blanca holidays are ideal for that who are single, part of a couple, a family (if you know where to look) or a group as there is a lot to do in this region. Due to this demand, plenty of smaller towns have sorted out accommodation to suit the needs of their visitors. Even though Costa Blanca holidays have become known for their partying, mostly because of Benidorm, there is still plenty of places where you can visit if you want to have a quiet holiday. In this guide, we will explore the Best Quiet Locations for Holiday Rentals in Costa Blanca.
Mii Palmeras
A small coastal resort, Mii Palmeras (literally meaning a thousand palms) is a quiet town outside the summer months based in rural Costa Blanca. The weather in Mii Palmeras is extraordinary, which is one of the main reasons it is so popular for families. Mii Palmeras has 300 days of sunshine a year. Mii Palmeras is known for its sandy beach and ‘quiet strip’, which is quiet when compared to others in the area. The beach has everything you would expect of a ‘normal’ one in the area, but there are never as many people there as you may expect. On the beach, you will find loungers, pedallos, jet skis and various other water sport activities. Another benefit to the area is the four wonderful golf courses, which makes this area ideal for those that enjoy the sport.
Oliva
Just two miles away from some fantastic beaches, Oliva is right in the rural Costa Blanca region. There are plenty of wonderful things to do in Oliva, mostly to do with sightseeing. The region is full of historic streets, churches and castles, which need to be visited if you are in the area. Olivia has a wonderful climate, with 230 days registering temperatures above 20 degrees centigrade. The area is popular all year round because the winters are very mild. The average daytime temperature in the summer months is 30 degrees centigrade.
Moraira
Moraira is a small Spanish costal town based in rural Costa Blanca. Situated 80km from Alicante, the region is not hard to get to; however, hiring a car is a good option once you are there. This area has a wonderful 8km of beaches which you can explore. Even though the population of the area increases by a third in the summer months, the area never becomes busy. The main attraction in Moraira is fishing. The area was a fishing village and evidence of this remains. This is also a popular wine making region. Moraira is the perfect family destination and even though the main income to the town is through tourism, it is not a lively area in the slightest.
